MacPeek Remote Refund Policy

Last updated 27 October 2026.

Draft. MacPeek Remote is not released yet, so this policy is not in effect. This page is published so it can be reviewed; it applies only from the day MacPeek Remote goes on sale.

14-day refunds

You can get a full refund of any MacPeek Remote payment within 14 days of the date you were charged. This applies to your first payment and to every renewal, monthly or yearly. You do not need to give a reason.

MacPeek, the free app, costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund for it.

How to ask for a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. To ask for a refund:

Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.

After a refund

A refunded subscription ends straight away, and the console stops connecting to your Macs as it does when a trial ends. Your account and settings are kept for 90 days, so you can subscribe again without setting anything up.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time. The subscription then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. We do not refund part of a period after the first 14 days, except where the law requires it or where ourTerms of Service say we will (for example, if we end the Service).

The free trial

The 14-day trial needs no payment details and is never charged. If you subscribe during or after it, the 14 days for a refund start from the date of that payment.
